We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Finance department for a regular contract.

Reporting to Senior Financial Manager, the successful candidate will have to assist the Senior Financial Manager in various missions:

Help finance in all admin task, especially during closing
To ensure that invoices and costs related are properly introduced and allocated into the system .
Treasury control, bank booking and reconciliation
Collections
Control FA , tagging all assets and balancing with accounting
Help finance manager in all accounting matters
Control insurances with corporate
Liquidate fruit on time and with proper costing

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years overall experience
Degree in accounting (Licenciatura Economicas o Empresariales)
Proficiency in Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, Portuguese appreciated.
Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.
Results orientated with a positive approach.
Ability to deal with change
Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers.
